Drive Team Members may introduce Match Loads to the Field through Loaders, under the following conditions:• Drive Team Members may only introduce Match Loads through their Alliance-colored Loaders, and only during the Driver Controlled Period of the Match.
• Match Loads may only be introduced by placing or dropping them through the top or back of a Loader, either separately or nested together.
• Match Loads may have momentary, simultaneous contact with both a Drive Team Member and a Robot as the Match Load is introduced, prior to being released by the Drive Team Member. Once a Match Load has been released, it may no longer be contacted by a Drive Team Member.
• Match Loads may only be removed through the bottom opening of the Loader. Excessive, unnecessary, or unsafe actions while introducing a Match Load may be considered a Violation of <S1> and/or <G1> at the Head Referee’s discretion. Drive Team Members must be careful not to lift the Field Perimeter while lifting the Loader. This rule is applied differently for VEX U. See Rule <VUG4>.
