Some electronic devices may be in motion or moving at the beginning of the Match. This includes active cooling fans, spinning LIDAR modules, and/or other similar sensors or Additional Electronics. These electronic devices should not initiate any form of motion for the entire Robot or any of its subsystems, and may not directly interact with Scoring Objects and/or other Robots.
