VURC tournaments have fewer Teams in Eliminations. The number of Teams in Elimination Matches for a given event is determined as follows, except in extraordinary circumstances with the permission of VEX Robotics. A number of Teams below 16 will result in one or more Byes for highest-ranking Teams.
