Attention Teams:

You are registering for a 2026-27 VEX V5 Competition that is posted during the 2025-26 season. The Competition at the Automate Show will utilize the new VEX V5 game for the 2026-27 season. This competition is posted early so you can register and plan in advance due to the short robot build time. This is a great way to get your teams excited about the new season, and showcase your student skills to industry and future employers!

Coaches, In order to register for this competition you will need to do the following:

• Register your team(s) for this event to secure a spot
• Pay for the event registration for your team(s)
• Register for FREE for the Automate Show at this LINK
• Explore travel logistics for attendance at this LINK
  • ​Book hotels early as they fill up quickly.
• Pay the 2026-27 season team registration ASAP once it is released on robotevents after the 2026 VEX Worlds Robotics Competition
• Important: The Automate Show does not allow any attendees under the age of 12 to enter. All team members in attendance must be over this age, and parents cannot bring younger children to the event. 

Once the 2026-27 season has opened in robotevents, a new event for the new game will be created and your teams will be added to event. 

There will be an opportunity for your team to win an A3 Safety Award, Tournament Champions, and Skills Champion. 

Tournament Champions will receive a paid registration for the Kalahari Signature Event January 2027. Teams must register for Kalahari during the registration period in order to receive the paid registration. This is not a guarantee that your team will be accepted into the event.
