We will let teams know as soon as possible about closures or modifications to the schedule in the event of inclement weather.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be issued.
(If the event is NOT canceled, no refunds will be given due to changes of schedule/format due to weather or unforseen emergencies.)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will only be issued to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event AND if the spot is filled with another team.
Yargılama Formatı
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com/admin. The submission deadline for engineering notebooks will be 12:00 PM on Monday February 01 2027 -- a little less than one week before the event.
