We are looking for volunteers for our tournament. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.

• Robot Inspection - will be trained onsite

• Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Payment Deadline:

• Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

• Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, 

• Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event.

Yargılama Formatı

• Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

• Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

• Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be the Wednesday before the tournament and the exact date will be communicated with registered teams via email.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
