VEX AI World Championship @ UC Berkeley

We at the Robolabs Foundation are looking forward to seeing you at our VEX AI World Championship! Below you will find the schedule that we will run our event on. It is important that teams show up on time to all aspects of the agenda, from matches to ceremonies featuring leadership from both the STEM industry and the UC Berkeley Ecosystem.

Volunteers Needed!
We will need a lot of volunteers to set up the venue on the preparation day and to operate the event smoothly on the competition day.

• All volunteers will receive a volunteer event shirt and free lunch

  • Practice Field Attendant​
  • Field Resets
  • Queuers
  • TM Operators
  • Inspectors
  • In-Person Judges
  • Judge Advisors (Must pass the Certification)
  • Scorekeeper Referees  
  • Head Referees (Must pass the Certification)

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

In the case of an emergency/bad weather, we will make adjustments to the agenda and notify all teams via email.

Refund and Payment Policies

​If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / Online Team Interviews: Team interviews will be Online. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be scheduled ahead of the event date.
