Hi teams,

Welcome to the Highvale Secondary College VEX V5 Robotics Tournament, hosted on Saturday 25 July 2026. We are excited to welcome all participating teams for a great day of robotics, collaboration and competition.

The event will be held at Highvale Secondary College. Doors will open at 9:00 am, with the event concluding at 4:00 pm. Please ensure your teams arrive on time and are prepared to stay for the full event.

This event is VEX V5 only and has space for up to 25 teams.

Lunch arrangements are still to be determined. Students with dietary requirements are encouraged to bring their own lunch to ensure they have suitable food available.

The event setup will include VRC fields, providing opportunities for matches throughout the day. Skills Challenge will also be offered.

The cost is $60 per V5 team. Invoices will be sent by in2robotics. Please do not pay the RobotEvents or Events.VEX invoices. Where possible, please remove the GST from the RobotEvents invoice amount and raise a purchase order through your school for the in2robotics amount. Purchase orders can be sent to [email protected]

All VEX consent forms and in2robotics consent forms must be completed prior to the event. Please ensure these are finalised before attending.

There will be no judged awards at this event. Although this event is not judged, future events in Victoria will require engineering notebooks to be submitted as PDFs for judging. We are moving to this model to prevent edit rights and access rights issues with shared documents.

Our event team will be on site throughout the day to support teams and answer any questions.
