AOE Robotics Club provides STEM education to students who like robotics but their school does not have such a program. This all-in-person event will provide a great opportunity for middle school and high school students to demonstrate their STEM skills gained in the season. Skill Challenge is offered. The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

A reschedule of the event on 2/28/2026 if bad weather occurs. The event will be cancelled if either date does not work and a full refund will be issued.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Cancellation will not receive any refund unless a substitute team is found by the coach/mentor to fill that position.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
