Please note: all events will receive regional championship award based on the Global Robotics & Science Foundation Qualifying Criteria. As such, this event must meet all requirements for a Qualifying Event to receive bids to the state championship released in August 2026.

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 1-week prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.
No refund will be provided as organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
