3169: Legal Part
I do not see the 3x20 plate listed as either a legal or illegal part, I believe they were part of the rapid relay field parts.

The 228-2500-039 3x20 Plate has been added to the list of legal parts, which can be found in the VEX IQ Robotics Competition Legal & Illegal Parts List.
