This is a South Florida Event Region Championship Qualifying event for the 2026-2027 season.
This is a blended event.
The event will be held at Howard D. McMillan Middle School. VOLUNTEERS are needed (contact [email protected])
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.

YES! We do need volunteers! Volunteers are the heart of every VEX competition--without them the event simply cannot function. In a perfect world, every robot team would provide at least 2 adult volunteers at every event. There are lots of different roles that need to be filled, with varying degrees of expertise and physical activity.
PLEASE have one or two of your team parents email me at [email protected] with the subject "Volunteer for STEM SQUAD Tournament" in the subject line. I will get back to them ASAP, and thanks in advance!!

Due to the many demands on our facilities, we will not postpone this event. In the event of extreme weather (a hurricane, for instance) the event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded.**
Notification of cancellations will be made through the contacts provided with your registration through events.vex.com. Please make certain all your contact information is correct and current to stay informed!!
退款和付款政策
Refunds will ONLY be issued in the case of an event cancellation. Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'
Teams who fail to submit payment by the payment deadline may be replaced by a team from the waiting list.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Deadline for notebook uploads is 1/22/27.
