1:00-2:00 PM Team set up, check in and inspection.
2:00 PM Event meeting in the gym.
2:15-4:30 PM Teamwork Challenges (atleast 6 matches)
2:15-4:00 PM Skills and Judging
4:00 PM Skill closes
4:30-4:50 Finals matches
4:50-5:15 Awards
Each team will be allowed three driver controlled and three autonomous skills runs.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will recieve a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: will be handled on a case by case basis and a refund is not guarenteed. Payment dealine is February 5th, 2027.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is Friday, February 5th, 2027 by 9:00 PM.
