Once skills and matches are completed teams may clean up and leave the event.

In the event a competition date is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances an email will be sent to communicate a rescheduled date to hold the event. 

退款和付款政策

Refund Policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund of all registration fees will be issued. Refunds will be made to the address associated with the team's event registration, regardless of the original payment method. The Event Partner will issue the refund using their standard refund process, which may include mailing a check or another payment method.

Examples:

• If payment was made by check, the Event Partner may issue a refund by check to the school's or organization's business office.

• If payment was made through a purchase order or other invoicing process, the Event Partner may issue a refund according to their organization's financial procedures.

If a Coach/Mentor withdraws a team or the team does not attend:
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and later withdraws the team or the team does not attend, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Deadline:
Payment is due October 16, 2026. Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline may be moved to the waitlist to make room for another team.

評審方式

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
