This will be a combined elementary and middle school event, with a limit of 6 teams per school until November 1st, then we will take additional teams if there is space available.
The tournament will take place at Northwest Middle School, 5301 Pleasant Ridge Road, Knoxville, TN 37912. We will use the gym, and pits will mostly be in the cafeteria. Concessions will be available, including pizza at lunchtime.

7:30-8:30 Check-In and Inspections (Teams must be checked in and have their bots inspected during this time frame.)
8:30 Driver’s Meeting
8:40 Welcome Visitors in Gym
8:45 Skills Tables Open (Regular Fields will also run skills until 9:20-last teams on reg fields for skills)
9:30-12:00 Qualification Matches (Teams must be queued up and ready to go. We will not wait for missing teams.)
12:00-1:00 Lunch (Pre-ordered lunches or kids may bring their own lunch.) Announcement will be made if the skills fields open back up before 1:00
1:00-2:00 Qualification Matches Continue (Teams must be queued up and ready to go. We will not wait for missing teams.)
2:30 Finals (All teams should be in the gym and ready to go. We will not wait for missing teams.)
3:00 Awards
*Times are subject to change based on unexpected circumstances.
**Team numbers will be announced twice in the gym and if a team is not at their assigned field, the match will proceed without them. The queue is a great opportunity for alliances to discuss strategies while they are waiting for their match.

A decision regarding the event will be made the evening before in the case of inclement weather. We will reschedule the event in the case of cancellation.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will reschedule the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the payment cannot be refunded.
評審方式
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
