The tournament will take place Saturday, February 6th along with awards Saturday afternoon. This will be a teaching/learning tournament with all coaches and adult volunteers assigned to various roles in the tournament. If you would like to be a judge or a referee, please let the Event Partner know and you will be provided with the training materials. You will be contacted closer to the event with more details. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email David Tran at [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form. In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All of the team registration will be returned.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refund.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
