Elevate Tech Robotics Redmond is excited to welcome you all for another exciting VEX IQ tournament season.

- 9:15am - Practice and Skills Fields Open
- 10:00am - Check in and Inspection Ends
- 10:15am - Drivers Meeting
- 10:30am - Qualifying Matches Begin, Judges begin Initial Interviews in Pits,
- Skills field Re-open
- 12:00-1pm - Closed for Lunch
- 1pm - Qualification matches resume, Judging resumes, Skills fields reopen

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes phone numbers.

Cancellations handled on a case by case basis. General guidance is:
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No refund will be provided as organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
