Heritage Christian School invites you to compete in this VEX IQ Robotics Competition "Level Up" event, held in the HCS Elementary Gymnasium. There will be a cash only concession stand with food and drinks. We'll also send out a pre-order pizza form in advance of the competition. This is a Elementary School Only event. There is also an Middle School Only event which will be held at the same time in the same gymnasium.

Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation. Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refunds will be issued to all paid teams within 8 weeks following the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is January 15, 2027. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
The submission deadline for digital engineering notebooks is January 17, 2027 at 6:00 PM ET. All notebooks will be pulled at that time, and no edits after that will be considered in order to be fair to all teams.
