NPJH Robotics invites you to join us for our VEX IQ Robotics Competition Blended Tournament. This state qualifying event is for both elementary and middle school levels. It will take place at New Palestine Junior High.
If the event is full, any team not paid within two weeks of the event may be transferred to the waitlist.
Please make sure the online consent forms have been completed two weeks prior to the event.
Concessions will be offered throughout the day. More information will be sent closer to the event.

**Please ensure alliances are queued for their matches 8 matches in advance. Please watch current match numbers instead of time in case we are running ahead of schedule.

In the event of inclement weather, we plan to reschedule the event. If, for some reason, we are unable to reschedule, refunds will be issued to each registered team minus the $5 registration fee through RobotEvents.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund.
Payment Deadline is January 5, 2027. Not paying by this date may mean that your team is placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Digital Engineering Notebook submissions will be due Wednesday, Jan. 6th by noon EST.
