All participants are expected to complete the Online Consent Form  Once per season covers all events.

We greatly appreciate awesome volunteers! Contact Pepper Dellinger ([email protected]) if you are interested in volunteering. This is a great opportunity for high school students seeking volunteer hours.

In the unlikely event of an emergency or severe weather, we will contact registered teams to discuss postponing or canceling the event.

退款和付款政策

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the Event Partner cancels the event or if a Coach or Mentor registers and later withdraws or does not attend. We are able to apply payment to future hosted events.

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
