We are looking forward to welcoming your teams to beautiful Arsenal Technical High School!

Our tournament will take place in the West Gym on our campus. Please enter campus through the main entrance off of Oriental Street.

Parking will be available in the main parking lot. We will have a loading/unloading area available next to the Gym for your convenience. Please do NOT park in the Legacy Center parking lot adjacent to the gym. Park only in the main bus lot.

Concessions will be available in the West Gym. More information will be shared about concessions and nearby food options in an email approximately two weeks prior to our event.

We will have a skills field open throughout the day.

All posted match times are approximate, and we will strive to run the event as efficiently as possible, on time, and we will allow matches to get ahead of the posted times if we are able.  

7:00am  Doors Open

7:15am  Registration and Inspection

8:30am  Drivers meeting

9:00am  Qualification Rounds

12:00  Lunch

12:30 pm  Qualification Rounds Resume

2:40 pm  Qualification Rounds End

2:50 pm  Alliance Selections

3:10 pm  Elimination Rounds

4:15 pm  Awards and Conclude

緊急/惡劣天氣政策

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. I will also send an email to mentors/coaches on the contact list.

退款和付款政策

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be given minus the $5 team fee.

​If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Payment Deadline is October 18th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

評審方式

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.

Team Notebooks must be submitted to RobotEvents by Monday, February 1st at midnight to be eligible for judging.
