I hope you all are having a wonderful season! We are excited to be sending information about our 4th competition here at Norwell. It will be here before we know it. We wanted to send an easy printout packet for you to navigate.
Spectators can enter through Door 49. There will be one greeter there for questions. You will turn right to walk down the hallway towards the middle school cafeteria and Gym. There will be seats in the gym and the cafeteria. Concessions will have breakfast and lunch options in the cafeteria.
Buses can unload at door 49. There will be greeters there to check teams in and direct you to your pits. All pits will be in the Norwell Middle school cafeteria this year. I have included a map for visual reference.
Each team will have a table. There will be one outlet per school next to your pit areas, so you can charge your batteries. The inspection will be in the gym starting at 8:00am. Inspection closes at 9:00am. Qualification matches will begin at 9:30.

9:00-9:15am - Coaches Meeting/Drivers Meeting
9:30am - Skills Fields open / Qualification matches begin.
12:00pm-1:00 pm – All Fields Closed / Lunch Break
3:00 - Skills Closed
3:00-3:20pm - Alliance Selection Process
3:20-4:00 Elimination Rounds and Finals
4:00-4:30pm - Awards and Closing Ceremonies
4:30pm - Pack up and depart. Have a safe trip home!

緊急/惡劣天氣政策
If we would need to cancel for inclement weather we will post to all teams representatives first then let you cancel your students yourselves. I will be vigilant in canceling as soon as information come available. We will issue a rescheduled date or refunds.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will reschedule or refund your fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: We will only issue a refund for medically necessary, emergency reasons, or if we cancel the event and cannot rescedule.
Health and Safety Policies
We have had our fair share of illness over the last few years. Please be kind. I know how important it is for people to be preset. If you or a student are running a fever please stay home.
