EPISD CTE STEM Competition Center Presents...
We are excited to be hosting our 2nd Annual New Year New Gear V5RC Robotics Competition on January 15th! The event will take place at our new EPISD CTE STEM Competition Center at 5300 Warriors Way, El Paso, TX. Please look be on the look out for an updated map of where to park and bus parking. Tournament viewing for the parents will be available at Don-Haskins Pk-8.

In the unlikely event that an emergency/weather would force the event to be cancelled, all listed team coaches will be notified by provided email and phone as early as possible.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
In the event that you need to cancel, please make sure to notify [email protected]. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel 1 week before the day of the tournament so that teams in the waitlist have sufficient time to make arrangments. If you registered and did not show, you will not receive a refund.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
