Welcome to the West Holmes Robotics VEX V5 Robotics Competition Blended Tournament, playing the game: "Override". This event is open to Middle School and High School Teams. The event will feature a minimum of 6 fields, 3 fields for the competition and 2 fields for skills and at least one for practice. We are allowing spectators for the event, so encourage parents, friends, and family members to attend and support their teams. Lunch will be provided to each registered team at the event. A coaches/advisor/volunteer hospitality room will also be available as you get there in the morning and throughout the tournament. A concession stand will also be available for teams and spectators. There is no admission fee to watch the competition.

In the event of bad weather, we will be in contact with you. If we have to cancel, we will issue a refund.
退款和付款政策
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund of all registration fees. Refunds will be made to the address associated with the team's event registration, regardless of the original payment method. The Event Partner will issue the refund using their standard refund process, which may include mailing a check or another payment method at the Event Partner's discretion.
If a Coach/Mentor withdraws a team or the team does not attend:
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and later withdraws the team or the team does not attend, no refunds will be issued. please contact David Woods [email protected]
Payment Deadline:
Payment is due within 30 days of registration. Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline may be moved to the waitlist to make room for another team.

評審方式
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
