This is a blended Middle School/High School VEX V5 Tournament. We are often a small tournament, so the scheduled match times may need to be flexible to allow time for motor cooling and license plate exchanges.

緊急/惡劣天氣政策

Registered teams will be notified via email attached to their registration as soon as possible in order to notify about Emergency or Bad Weather Cancellations or Delays. Registered teams will be able to make suggestions as to rescheduling dates.

退款和付款政策

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Full refund will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund will be given if cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to the event start.

評審方式

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
