3252: Clarification on <SC3> Update (Sep 3): Application of Field Perimeter Restriction to Pyramid Goals (L1-L3)

Following the September 3, 2026 update to <SC3> regarding Bean Bags and the Field Perimeter:

Does this restriction apply only to Bean Bags scored in the Floor Goal, or does it also apply to Bean Bags scored in Pyramid Goals (L1, L2, and L3)?

The attached images show examples of Bean Bags that are supported by Pyramid Goals but extend beyond the Field Perimeter. If the restriction also applies to Pyramid Goals, are the attached examples considered Scored?

The September 3 game manual update contained changes to the Floor Goal boundaries and a revision to <SC3> to reflect those updated boundaries. Note that <SC3> only concerns Bean Bags scored in the Floor Goals.

There were no such changes to <SC4>, which concerns Bean Bags scored on the Pyramid Goals. The Bean Bags shown in the two attached images, which are supported by the L1 Goal (1st image) and L3 Goal (2nd image) but extend beyond the Field Perimeter, would be considered scored on their respective Goals.
