WA VEX V5 Robotics Tournament 1

General Info

Welcome to the WA VEX IQ Robotics Tournament 1 hosted by Carey Baptist College. We welcome all participating teams warmly and wish you the best of luck in this exciting event.

1. Event Location: The robotics competition will take place at Carey Baptist College in Harrisdale. The venue provides an excellent setting for teams to showcase their robotics skills and compete in a supportive and engaging environment. 

2. Please access the event at the Carey Centre, with the entrance adjacent to Timber Cafe.

3. Check-in and Inspection: Please complete an inspection checklist and arrive promptly for inspection on the day.

4. Arrival and Departure Times: We kindly request all teams to plan for arrival before 9:00 AM on the event day. The competition is expected to run until approximately 3:00 PM. Please note that these times may be subject to change closer to the event, depending on the number of teams registered. We will keep all participants informed of any schedule adjustments. 

5. Food Sales: Food and drinks will be available at the adjacent Timber café; for menu information, please check the website: Timber (timbercafe.com.au).

6. Further Assistance: Our team is dedicated to providing a memorable and well-organised competition experience. If you have any general inquiries or require assistance regarding the event's operations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team members, who will be present at the venue to provide guidance and support.
