If your team has a portable field and FULL game element set, please contact me! We can make arrangements to take care of one of your team's registration costs in lieu of borrowing one field for a practice or skills field.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the inclement weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds will be issued once paid. In the case of a weather-related cancellation, the event will be rescheduled.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Engineering Notebooks will be submitted digitally and will need to be submitted February 7th, 2025 at midnight. Judging will be In-Person during the tournament. Additional information about this will be sent out closer to the time of the tournament.
