General Info
JM Hanks High School Robotics is excited to host our 1st VEX Robotics High Stakes V5 Tournament.
We will have an entire VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.
There are currently 24 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 4 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure you are marked as paid (or PO received) two weeks in advance, or you may be replaced with a team from the waitlist.
Check in will be at 7:30 am, sharp. Teams must be checked in 60 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Teams must be paid by October 13. Teams not paid at this time will be moved to the waiting list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event must be canceled due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled for the next acceptable date.
No refunds.
No team swaps two weeks before the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, Teams will be given a choice of moving to another event sponsored by the Event Partner, or a refund minus $5 will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, There is no refund. However, the event partner will do their best to accommodate moving the team to another event they are hosting. Event Partner will only allow for one date change.
