Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
For event day information regarding weather delays or cancellations, please check the event page for updates.
If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.
If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment due by October 26. Any teams not payed by the deadline will be placed on the waitlist.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be made through robotevents.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process. RECF will take $5 from each payment and that will be deducted from the refund.
Before 2 weeks - Full refund (Less RECF Fees)
Within 2 weeks - No refund
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission deadline will be October 28th.
