General Info
The Uganda National STEM and Robotics Competition for V5RC will take place on November 29th, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the National ICT Innovation Hub in Nakawa. Register your School/team by November 2nd 2024 to participate.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: The primary and secondary contact coach will be notified by phone call and email.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: The meal fee paid by the students/teams/school/organization is non-refundable.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Physical Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted physically for evaluation during team inspection.A
