Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is an emergency or Bad Weather the event will be rescheduled. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

 If the event is canceled registration will be returned (minus $5.00 for RECF). 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the wait list, or other teams invited to attend. The refund will be less than the registration by $5.00 for the RECF. 

Judging Format

 

  • In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
  • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission deadline will be one day before the start of the event.  Physical copies are to be turned in during team check in  ( if applicable)
