Welcome to the Conestoga High School's V5RC Push Back Qualifier!

This event is a collaboration between Conestoga's Pioneer Robotics (6121), Forge Robotics (1089) and Vexmen (80/81/90/91).

There is a long walk from the pits in the cafeteria to the competition fields in the gym.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Tredyffrin-Easton School District's policies.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent - minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified by February 2nd so that teams may be moved from the wait list and other teams invited to attend. The refunded amount will be equal to the registration fee paid minus the $5.00 RECF processing fee.

After February 2nd, no refund is applied.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Notebooks submission deadline is 11:59pm on Friday February 20, 2026

This event will feature an Open Judging format in the small gym from 9am to 1pm. Teams can approach any available judges for an interview.
