General Info

The Campus Robotics is excited to host the Everest League! 

This after school HS ONLY league will compete at the following dates:

  • Ranking Sessions - October 8, November 5, November 19
  • Judging/Skills Session - December 3  Due to weather impacts, Judging & Skills will take place prior to the league finals on December 10.
  • League Finals - December 10

Volunteer

With this comes the need for a large number of Volunteers to help make each and every event successful, including Judges, Scorekeepers, Referees, Queuers, Emcees and more. If any of these roles are not a student or D49 staff, they are required to be background checked in advance through the district.

Once your D49 Volunteer Application is approved, please let me know so that I can add you to the volunteer pool for the event, along with any roles you are interested in helping out with this season. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

D49 2-Hour Delay - As scheduled. 
After School Activities Canceled - The ranking/finals session will be rescheduled. If the Skills/Judging session is affected, then an alternate time or format for interviews will be provided.
D49 Closed - The ranking/finals session will be rescheduled. If the Skills/Judging session is affected, then an alternate time or format for interviews will be provided.

Any other situation will be communicated via email to the listed head coach of each team as early as possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund or credit to the the rescheduled event will be given, minus $5. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be given after the payment deadline. 

Health and Safety Policies

The Campus is a nut free zone. Snacks are encourged, but they cannot contain nuts. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.

  • Engineering Notebooks for this league must be submitted in RobotEvents no later than December 2, 2025 at 11:59PM. 
  • All interviews will take place on December 10 at the Judging/Skills session. Judges will have stations set up for teams to come up for interviews on their own schedule during the session.
