Can all MIDDLE SCHOOL V5 teams wishing to attend the State Championships please waitlist themselves (use the waitlist menu on the left handside)
They will then be moved into the tournament and invoices raised for the schools.
Due to the low numbers in the division all Middle school V5 teams automatically go to States

Refunds will be processed
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
7 days before the event no refund possible
Judging Format

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
