Event Contingency
This event is contingent and subject to change or cancellation. In the event of an emergency or severe weather, the tournament may be postponed or cancelled. Teams will be notified promptly by phone and/or email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.
Payment Methods: Cheque is preffered made payable to Western Mechatronics Association. Other options are available include E-transfer, Cash
Judging Format
In person judging - teams must submit their Engineering notebooks when checking in.
