General Info
New Hope-Solebury Middle School is excited to host the VEX Robotics Push Back Open, an official REC Foundation qualifying tournament exclusively for middle school teams. Teams will compete in the 2025-2026 VEX Robotics Competition game, Push Back, showcasing their engineering, coding, and teamwork skills. This event will not be judged.

The safety of all participants is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, the following procedures will be followed:

Delays or Cancellations:
If weather conditions make travel unsafe, the event may be delayed, rescheduled, moved to a virtual format (skills-only if permitted), or canceled. -

Refunds:
If the event is canceled due to weather, refunds will be issued minus any unrecoverable costs (such as event materials, shirts, or food orders already purchased). -
Team Responsibility:
Coaches are responsible for making travel decisions based on the safety of their team. Please do not travel if conditions are unsafe in your area.
We will make every effort to hold the tournament as scheduled, but team safety will always come first.
Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the host (e.g., due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances).

If the event is canceled, refunds will be provided minus any unrecoverable costs (such as event supplies, food, or facility fees already incurred).

Teams that withdraw after registering will not be eligible for a refund unless a replacement team can be found.
Judging Format
