General Info

Our objective of this tournament is to give middle school students another opportunity to compete.  We will be running 2 fields for the qualification matches , 1 skills field and 1 practice field.  All judging is in person, notebooks are electronic.

If you have been to our events before you know we operate in a small space with pits outdoors, we plan for perfect weather if not we will be squeezed indoors.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We expect to run rain or shine, if it rains pits will be moved indoors.   Any emergencies or lat minut changes we will notify teams by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full Refund less proccessing and REC fees.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No Refunds

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
