Roomie's Robo Rampage

Join us for the first-ever VEX Robotics Tournament hosted at Southeastern Louisiana University, Hammond, at the Pennington Student Activity Center!

We will judge physical engineering notebooks for this event only. Please bring a physical notebook or a printed copy of your digital notebook for judging.

The tournament will be run through smart field control. Please make sure your brain has your team number coded into it.

Parking will be located in the Pennington Student Activity Center parking area.

Concessions will be sold, and there are many restaurants around the university campus.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be cancelled.

In any event, teams will be contacted as soon as possible with the information. The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day of the tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refunds will be issued.

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
