Welcome to Southern Showdown 2026!
Venue/Location: Carl R. Reng Student Union; Arkansas State University.
Entrance: The North Caraway road - Aggie road traffic circle, East Entrence.
Awards: Build, Create, Amaze & Think awards will be given out event wide, (V5RC MS & V5RC HS can qualify)
All teams MUST have payment completed by the payment deadline. Teams that have NOT paid will be moved to the Wait List!
Lunch: Teams are welcome to go to the A-State cafetria for lunch, it's $8 per person.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. The cancellation will be posted on robotevents.com.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: There will be a 50% refund issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be issued once paid.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions & In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact; All Digital Engineering Notebooks should be submitted by 1/30. Judges will have access to separate meeting rooms so that interviews can be conduted more efficiently.
