General Info

Farmington tournaments will be held in our school cafeteria with a hometown vibe.  We will strive to complete all skills prior to the end of lunch to ensure a timely completion time as many schools have 3+ hours to travel.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please contact Gretchen by email at Greer [email protected] or by phone at (970) 769-0209 for information.  In the event of bad weather all efforts will be made to continue the event with a 2 hour delayed start.  Ms. Greer will contact teams in the event of a delay or cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

  • Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the event partner.  Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
  • Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come. 

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
