Volunteer
Volunteers will check in upon arrival. There will be a break room exclusively for volunteers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclimate weather, an announcement will be made by 5:30 AM regarding the status of the event. If the event is to be postponed, it will take place the next day, Sunday, November 16, 2025. All times will remain the same.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund will be issued minus the $5 administrative fee retained by the RECF.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Requests for a refund must be received prior to November 1. No refunds will be issued after that date. Any refund will be minus the $5 administative fee retained by RECF.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
