3:00 PM - Doors Open, Set Up -  Teams are encouraged to help set up to get skills started faster 

6:00 PM - Inspection, Skills start after set up complete

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.

Under limited circumstances PYRS will review on a case-by-case basis. 

Payment Methods: Cheque payable to Pacific Youth Robotics Society or Cash
