General Info

AOE Robotics Club provides STEM education to students who like robotics but their school does not have such a program. This all-in-person event will provide a great opportunity for middle school and high school students to demonstrate their STEM skills gained in the season. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

A reschedule of the event on 2/28/2026 if bad weather occurs. The event will be cancelled if either date does not work and a full refund will be issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellation will not receive any refund unless a substitute team is found by the coach/mentor to fill that position.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
