General Info

This is the Fourth tournament hosted by Falcon Robotics and Central Valley High School. Parking at the event is free of charge. Lunches can be purchased at local area restaurants within 2 miles of the school. (Comet Gas Station, Farmers Market, McDonald's)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, natural disaster or other emergency event, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).

Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Robotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

 

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds after 1/22/2026 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List. 

You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 1/16/2026 or your spot may be forfeited.  If you wish to pay in person the day of the event, contact Jeremy Gilbert ([email protected]) as soon as you complete registration on Robotevents.

Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion. 

Registration contains a RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable

Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
