General Info

This is a Live tournament for 2025-2026 Push Back

We will strictly follow REC Skills-only rules the bracket and matches will be determined after the end of the check in time has passed. judging will occur around team schedules, Each team will play a minimum of 6 matches but more will be scheduled and played if time allows up to 10 per team.

There have been updates to the agenda, Friday January 30th will just be check in and skills for a couple hours, then saturday will be the tournament.

Team Reminders: Please remember to bring: extension cords, power strips, spare batteries, tools, and a printed copy of your team number and your red and blue license plates.

 

Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for the event are queing volenteers, pit supervisors, feild reseters, and any additional judges. Contact Patrick Rivera at [email protected] if you would like to volunteer. Thank you in advance.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Any required closing will be based on district policy. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Due to the fixed costs of the location the competition is being held at, there are no refunds on the part of the costs associated with venue cost. any additional funds associated with the registration for paying volenteer lunch, prizes, awards, ect, will be refunable if the event partner is notified with at least 2 weeks before the event.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
