General Info
We're getting down to the end of the season. Come and get some late season game play; sharpen your driving and programming skills, and get one more competition in before regionals.
We will be competing in the Pingree dining commons as we have in previous competitions. Unload people and equipment at the flag circle and partk in the rink lot. Pizza lunch will be provided, and snacks and drinks will be available for sale all day.

Volunteer
Pingree welcomes adult volunteers with any level of experience or skill. We are espeically in need of people with an engineering background to volunteer as judges. Please contact Irv Levy at [email protected] if you would like to help us.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather or some other unanticipated problem forces us to cancel the event, we will make that decision no later than 5 PM on the day before the event. Participants will be notified via email. Refunds will be issued minus the $5 VEX processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be issued less the $5 VEX processing fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in this case. However, please let me know at [email protected] as soon as you know that you cannot attend. A team on the waiting list will be very grateful.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Please submit your notebooks by February 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM
