Welcome to ACU's inagural Big Country Round-Up!
This event is a partnership between ACU and Region 14 ESC. Thanks to Region 14 ESC, this tournament will have two competition fields, and one Skills field. Also, thanks to Jim Ned High School for providing two practice fields.
All team members attending this event are required to submit the REC online consent form through Robot Events.

Team interviews will start after teams are inspected, pause for the Drivers Meeting, and then resume until complete.

SKILLS NOTE: The Skills field closes at the end of the last qualifying match. This is a hard deadline.
Only teams currently in the Skills line at the end of qualifying will be allowed to complete their Skills run.

Your help will be greatly appreciated and needed. This event will not happen without volunteers. Please arrived at 7:30AM in the volunteer room in Bennett.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather this event will be reschedule, and/or refunds will be issued less the REC Foundation adminstration charge.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be given as soon as possible, if the event cannot be rescheduled
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will generally not be given, but you can contact Joseph Makarewicz if there is a special circumstance.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
The submission deadline for digital notebooks is January 14, 2026 at 4:00PM CST.
