General Info
Teams will sign up for time slots and show up for 1 hour to run their 6 skills runs. Time slot applications will be sent out sometime in the weeks before the event. Times will be overlapped so there are 2-3 teams at once, taking turns on the field to allow for ample time for maintenance.
Inspections will occur once the team shows up for their slot.

Refund and Payment Policies
Payment
Payment must be received 4 weeks from registration, or 2 weeks before the event, whichever comes first. This is needed to cover event costs. Open spots after the due date will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
If the event partner cancels the event, then all entries that have paid will be reimbursed minus the $5.00 fee that robotevents takes.
We cannot process refunds if a coach/mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend.

Travel Info
The event will be held in JJGym which is behind a house. There will be signs in the front of the house to help guide you.
PARKING
1. Park in right in front if possible.
2. Otherwise, anywhere on the east side of Mary Ellen Ave - same side as the gym - is fine. Please don’t park on the west side (across the street).
3. Erwin Street Park-just half a block south) is a great option!
4. Please park carefully to avoid blocking driveways and to make the best use of space for everyone.

Walk on the driveway side of the house to the backyard to find JJGym entrance under the burgundy awning.
