These events are all volunteer run, please aim to lend one volunteer for each team you are registering. Lots of opportunities big and small. Check out the RECF Volunteer Roles Overview for details.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event. If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee minus the $5 which is paid to RECF on registration.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee minus the $5 which is paid to RECF on registration.
If the coach/sponsor cancels:
- Refunds will be given for team-initiated cancellations sent to [email protected] prior to the registration deadline listed above.
- The refund will be the registration fee minus the $5 collected by RECF at payment.
Any fee associated with the method of payment (such as a credit card surcharge) will not be refunded.

The event will be Live Streamed on the LBHS Robotics Youtube page!
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
